ABOUT THE UWHA

The UW Housestaff Association is a non-profit organization working to promote issues important to residency life at the University of Washington affiliated hospitals. The association is run on a purely voluntary basis by residents and fellows without faculty appointments. Our goal is to provide a forum for discussion and a vehicle for resident consensus. We want to improve our training experience. We are advocates for our education and the opportunity to care for patients.
